About

Meet Robyn Adams.

Rise & Refresh Transformation Coaching is the practice of Robyn Adams, a transformation coach who has spent more than fifteen years walking alongside women who are quietly running on empty. Her clients are carrying families, careers, recovery journeys, and the weight of cultural expectation, and they have reached the point where holding it all together stopped working.

Robyn's approach is warm, practical, and rooted in real tools rather than platitudes. Sessions start by getting still and listening to what is actually happening in a client's heart and mind. From there the work is concrete: name the patterns, rewire the beliefs that keep a person stuck, and build a clear path forward, one where the client feels connected to herself again.

Who Robyn works with

Robyn works with women of all ages: young parents, professionals mid-pivot, people raised in family addiction or codependency, and anyone tired of feeling like they are performing instead of living. Common starting points include a career transition, a marriage or relationship that has gone quiet or painful, the pressure of parenting while depleted, early or long-term sobriety, the physical and identity shifts of menopause and midlife, and grief after a breakup or a loss that was not chosen.

How the work happens

Coaching sessions run online over Zoom or Google Meet, so clients can work with Robyn from anywhere in the United States. Sessions are $60 per hour, and payment is handled through Zelle or Apple Pay. Every engagement begins with a free 15-minute introduction call so both sides can decide whether it is a fit before anything is booked.

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Robyn acts as a coach, mentor, and peer support to her clients, and clients sign an agreement acknowledging that understanding before their first session. The full scope of practice is described on the disclaimer page.
