This website has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system, and no advertising or tracking pixels. It does not set its own cookies. Visiting the site does not require you to give any personal information.

The site is hosted on Netlify, which records standard server request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliability purposes. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Those providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.

## Information you give directly

If you call or text [913-522-7269](tel:9135227269), Robyn receives your phone number and whatever you choose to share. If you become a client, session notes, scheduling details, and payment confirmations may be kept as part of ordinary practice records.

## How information is used

- To respond to your call or text and schedule a consult or session
- To deliver and keep track of coaching sessions you have booked
- To handle payment through Zelle or Apple Pay
- To keep the website secure and working

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the practice, such as the video meeting platform and the payment app, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

## Confidentiality of coaching conversations

What is said in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. Coaching is not a licensed therapeutic relationship, so it does not carry legal therapist-client privilege. Limits to confidentiality, including situations involving risk of harm, are covered in the client agreement signed before the first session.

## Retention and your choices

Records are kept only as long as needed for the coaching relationship and any legal or accounting obligations, then deleted. This site and this practice are intended for adults. Rise & Refresh does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
